  • How do I know how to properly reheat food?

    Don’t worry - I’ve got you covered. I provide simple reheating instructions with every meal, so you’ll know exactly how to bring everything back to life without drying it out or overcooking. Most dishes reheat beautifully in the oven or on the stovetop, but I’ll always let you know the best method for each one. It’s designed to be effortless - just heat, eat, and enjoy.

  • Will you cook with me or teach me?

    Yes - if you’re interested in a hands-on experience, I offer interactive cooking sessions. They're perfect for couples, small groups, or anyone who wants to sharpen their skills while having fun (and eating well).

  • Is there a delivery fee?

    I aim to keep things straightforward and transparent. For most Palm Beach County locations, I include simple delivery and setup in my service fees - so there’s no extra charge for bringing your meals or event setup to your door. If you’re outside my standard service area or have special delivery requirements (like a remote location or last-minute request), I’ll let you know up front if there’s any additional fee.

  • What areas do you serve?

    I’m based in South Florida and primarily serve Palm Beach County and surrounding areas. If you're outside that region, feel free to reach out - I may be able to accommodate with advance notice.

  • What services do you offer?

    I offer a range of private chef services including weekly meal prep, intimate dinner parties, small events, in-home cooking experiences, and customized menus tailored to specific dietary needs or occasions.

  • How does weekly meal prep work?

    Each week, I send out a sample menu to spark ideas - clients can select dishes they’re interested in, or simply use it as inspiration. From there, I tailor the final menu to your preferences, dietary needs, and lifestyle goals. I shop for ingredients, cook in your home, and leave your fridge stocked with fresh, ready-to-eat meals. Cleanup is always included!

  • Can I freeze the food?

    Some dishes freeze beautifully, while others are best enjoyed fresh - it really depends on the ingredients and preparation. I’ll always let you know which meals are freezer-friendly and which ones are better kept in the fridge. If you plan to freeze meals regularly, I’m happy to adjust recipes or packaging to make sure everything holds up deliciously.

  • Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or food allergies?

    Absolutely! Whether you're gluten-free, dairy-free, plant-based, paleo, or have specific food allergies, I customize every meal to meet your needs while keeping it delicious and satisfying.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    For weekly meal prep, I recommend reaching out at least 1–2 weeks in advance. For private dinners and events, 3–4 weeks is ideal, especially during holidays or busy seasons. If you're looking for something last-minute, don’t hesitate to ask!

  • Do you offer tastings or consultations?

    Yes! I offer complimentary consultations to learn more about your needs, preferences, and goals. Tastings for events or long-term clients can be arranged upon request.

  • Can I request something totally random?

    Try me! I’ve done everything from paleo birthday cakes to toddler-approved veggie nuggets. If it’s meaningful to you, I’ll do my best to make it delicious.

  • Do you bring ingredients and equipment?

    I handle all the grocery shopping and bring any specialty tools I need. As long as your kitchen is equipped with the basics (stove, oven, fridge, etc.), I’ll take care of the rest.

  • Why do I have to pay for groceries separtely from my weekly service fee?

    Great question! I keep groceries separate to give you full transparency and flexibility. Rather than charging a flat rate with markup, you only pay for exactly what’s purchased - no hidden costs or inflated prices. This also allows me to shop based on your preferences, budget, and dietary needs each week, ensuring you get the freshest, highest-quality ingredients without overpaying.

  • Can I gift your services?

    Absolutely! Private chef experiences make for thoughtful, one-of-a-kind gifts. While I don’t offer physical or digital gift cards, you can easily arrange a custom service as a gift by contacting me directly. I’ll work with you to create the perfect experience - whether it’s a week of meals, a romantic dinner, or a special occasion.

  • Do you offer drop-off meals for yacht crew?

    Yes! I provide fresh, chef-prepared drop-off meals for yacht crew - perfect for busy charter days, turnarounds, or when you need support without a full-time chef onboard. Meals are delivered ready to heat and serve, and I can accommodate a variety of dietary needs. Whether it’s a one-time delivery or part of an ongoing schedule, I’ll make sure the crew stays well-fed and fueled.
